Steve Nader is an exceptional agent, and I recommend him wholeheartedly. We had initially hired another agent to sell a family house that needed some special attention. The first agents lacked the skillset to market it properly - and while we received multiple offers over the course of many weeks and open houses, each one fell through and each subsequent offer was lower and lower. Meanwhile, the market continued to soften and we became more and more discouraged. The final offer was at a 25% discount from where we started. Our agent advised us to take it. We almost did. Instead, we fired the agents and circled back to Steve. Best decision possible. He suggested a modest investment in giving the place a facelift - polishing the wood floors, fresh coat of paint on the interior, staging every room expertly - along with creating beautiful marketing materials - photos, video, copy - that repositioned the house perfectly. The transformation of an old, much lived in house was stunning, and the market responded. After one open house, we received 5 offers. Steve negotiated behind the scenes and helped us land a price, in a down market, that was nearly 20% higher than our asking price. The man is a master. My only regret is that I don't have any other houses for him to sell!
